  • No restrictions on number of customer users calling the help desk
  • Level 1 is typically used by companies that do not have an internal help desk
  • Registered site is based on a store number and physical address
  • Covers all kiosk(s) registered at the site
  • Support does not include Holidays

Level 2 Support
  • 8a – 5p EST Mon-Fri Toll Free Software Help Desk Support
  • Up to three (3) named users per customer have access to help desk
  • Level 2 is typically used by companies that have an internal help desk
  • Registered site is based on a store number and physical address
  • Covers all kiosk(s) registered at the site
  • Support does not include Holidays
